Citizenship

Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is given to lawful permanent residents when those individuals have complied with certain requirements set forth in the Immigration and Nationality Act “INA.” Citizenship may also be acquired through other means, such as through the naturalization of parents or if born to U.S. citizens outside of the U.S.A. Please consult an immigration attorney regarding the prospects of naturalization.
